Cape Cod Cottage includes two well maintained, all season, two bedroom cottages. Each is located in an excellent family area of South Yarmouth, and within walking distance of several public beaches on Nantucket Sound. The cottage at 15 Vineyard Street sleeps five. The cottage at 14 Braddock Street sleeps three. WINTER RENTAL AVAILABLE - MONTHLY~DAILY~WEEKLY - (3 day min.) $925. month INCLUDES: Heat, Hot Water, Electric & Cable. Security Deposit Required. Open Year-Round. Cottages are available for monthly Winter Rentals from September thru May. Please call for rates and availability. Restaurants, public golf courses, bike trails, whale watching boats and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are nearby.
